Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy explains how HUNTING LODGE s. r. o. ("we") processes personal data of visitors of huntinglodge.sk in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018.

We only process data you provide yourself — primarily through the booking and contact forms:

• first and last name
• email address
• phone number
• address (optional — only if you want it on the invoice)
• number of guests + stay dates
• note to host (optional)

We never see your payment details — payments are processed exclusively by Stripe, a separate processor.

• Booking fulfilment — without this data we cannot process the reservation or issue an invoice.
• Legal obligations — accommodation register, accounting archive.
• Communication — answering questions, confirmations, complaint handling.

• Booking-related data: 10 years (statutory accounting archive)
• Unpaid / cancelled bookings: up to 6 months
• Contact-form messages: up to 2 years or until communication ends

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. Processors are used only for necessary technical operations:

• Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — payment processing (Ireland / EU). Stripe statement.
• Webhosting Websupport, s. r. o. — web hosting + transactional mail, EU servers.

Data does not leave the EU.

As a data subject you have the right to:

• request access to your data (Art. 15 GDPR)
• request rectification (Art. 16)
• request erasure when there is no further reason to process (Art. 17)
• restriction of processing (Art. 18)
• object to processing (Art. 21)
• lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority — dataprotection.gov.sk

The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Your payment card data is processed exclusively by Stripe — it never passes through our servers and we have no access to it.
